Exceptional service on my car hunt! I would like to preface this by saying I fell in love with a vehicle other than Toyota, so did not end up making a purchase here. Excellent service Gary was very helpful in all aspects of my purchase. He described all the features of the vehicle in layman's language which was good because I am a luddite when it comes to cars. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful all good. I appreciated dealing with someone seasoned in the business.

Great experience with Shawn McCallum buying a used car. Shawn was very good about not pushing me into anything I didn't want. He really worked with me to find me the best car and the best deal I could get. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He also had a nice sense of humour. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a good quality used vehicle.

Another great car buying experience with Gary Brown I bought a new car from Gary Brown last year because I needed to replace one of our cars. I bought another new car this year because I wanted a new car. I came back to Whitby Toyota to buy this car because Gary Brown is the best dealer sales rep that I have ever dealt with.
