Ultimate Altima Came to West End Nissan looking for an Altima. Great Costumer service experience Very good costumer service for first time car buyer like me. Nissan was on the first list for options and ended up to be final.
Easy set-up, helpful staff Helpful and informative for first time buyer. Flew down from the Yukon and had me set up with everything I needed for my purchase of a 2011 Titan in really good time and was on the road in less than 24 hours. 6 months later, no issues with the truck, survived the winter and handling the North beautifully. All the Staff, especially Jordan (the guy making the sale), were super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Will return to this dealership in future Recently purchased new 2015 Murano. Phoned in the morning purchased in the afternoon. Bottom line, they listened to my specific requests and accommodated those requests without the usual sales time wasters. Searched site for stock, chose only the stock number I wanted to test drive and made appointment to drive. Showed up, it was ready, they let the drive sell the car without long sales pitch. One offer with sales manager present and it was done!
