the best Harry pon is my sales person and this time he went beyond the call of duty. I was in an accident Nov 11 and Harry help with his knowledge to where to take the car. He then patiently dealt with my dumb claims officer who phoned Harry practically every other day. He set up the purchase of my new car so that all I had to do was drive to Edmonton, sign the papers and drive away with everything in the car set up and ready for my enjoyment. Excellent job Desiree I got bad experiences with car salepersons in the past but when I came to Toyota Mayfield, Desiree changed all of that. She had done an excellent job from the moment my wife & I sat down and discussed our options to test driving the car we dreamed of and driving it home.

Great service and a wonderful car. I knew the make and model of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. The salesman with whom I dealt promptly arranged a test drive. The car, a Toyota Camry XLE, exceeded what I expected. It is a wonderful vehicle. My salesman took a lot of time to go over the features of the car and dealership. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and accommodating. I even received a follow-up call to ensure that I was pleased with my purchase.

Good experience I called Andy when I was out of town working. He was able to hold the vehicle I was interested in until I was able to come and see it. He sent me a video and the car proof report the same day I called him. Good customer service and free lifetime oil changes as long as I have the vehicle is a bonus too!
