Purchased a new 2019 RAV4 I had another excellent experience at Mayfield Toyota with salesman Bill. He is very knowledgeable and is a no pressure kind of salesman. He went above and beyond to help me. Danny was also very helpful when I picked up my car. He very patiently orientated me to all the cars features and did not rush me at all. This is my 5 th experience with this dealership and all have been positive. Over the years the service department has also been excellent.

We have been buying Toyota"s from Mayfield for over 27years It start with the purchase of a new Camry back in 1992, the sales manager ask me at that time if I would like the extended warranty I replied why would I need to i am buying a Toyota, he laughed and said well I will discounted it and if you don't need it by 160,000km I will give you your money back, I said put it in writing and we will do it. easy purchase My Tundra blew the motor, I called salesman up, gave him the vin number, and told him to come up with something the same. The salesman sent me the colors they have, and we completed transaction over the phone, documents were e-mailed back and forth. I did not see the truck until I picked it up. The wrong running boards were installed, they did not hesitate in making them right.

Very good Have dealt with dealership for last 12 years so when I decided to by new car it was natural choice to check here first.I did check other dealers too since the prices where about the same I stick with what I knew was good service.
