Very attentive service We came in to Mayfield Toyota not intending to purchase that day. But we got some very knowledgable information from our salesman Sukh that convinced us to take a closer look. We agreed on a price the next day and the truck was ours. Very happy with it so far.

Great people Jason Deng was a great person to deal with in sales. He took his time to explain all of our options. We were there for roughly 1 1/2 hours before we committed to picking a vehicle and Jason was there to help us throughout the whole process. All around great experience.

Good experience The salesperson was friendly and answered my questions. He worked with me and his manager to come up with a deal that I could live with. He explained the features of the vehicle. The transaction was concluded in a shorter timeframe than I anticipated. The next morning the vehicle was ready at the appointed time. If I come across someone interested in a Toyota, I would recommend this salesperson.

Took the Time This is a busy dealership. We never felt rushed or pressured to purchase a vehicle. All of our questions were answered. If an individual did not know the answer they went out of their way to find someone who knew the answer. I am retired but was a heavy equipment operator for over 38 years and had operated diesel/ electric heavy haul trucks and wanted to know exactly how the RAV4 Hybrid works.
