Very easy, friendly and comfortable I had a great experience purchasing my new Rav4 ! I was visiting Edmonton from out of town and went to different dealerships and wanted to test drive different vehicles to see what I liked. Took good care of me The dealership was patient with me when I was deciding on the model and let me test drive 3 different models to see which one I preferred.
