Great experience with salesman Harry and first finance rep, John, when purchasing vehicle but I had to wait over 90 minutes for scheduled financing appointment on delivery date with another finance rep, Myron. Myron rushed through paperwork and inputted incorrect contact information. Vehicle was also not ready on time. Although I am a paying customer, “family members can wait” according to the manager.
