Great overall experience I went in to the dealership with an idea of which car I wished to look at. Andy (Sales) helped me to decide which trim level would best suit my needs, and I didn't feel pressured to choose the top line. purchased used Toyota I had a couple of questions regarding an advertised vehicle. Andy Lam responded to my email within minutes and answered those questions. I was able to make an appointment to test drive the vehicle, he was excellent at demonstrating how everything worked.
Fantastic experience When we first stepped in to Mayfield it was a very laid back, no sales people pressuring us. Great staff, answered all my questions. Was able to figure out my budget for financing my car easily, and was helped with all my questions, and the staff were not aggressive which was nice.
