Liars, dont trust them So my wife and I bought this used 2014 Rogue SV from them in late 2016, and don't get me wrong I love the vehicle but the lies they tell you there is ridiculous. Anxiety inducing, pressure, and belittling The only reason this review has 2 stars is because the salesman, Carson was awesome. He was incredibly friendly and helpful.... Unlike the rest of the staff there. I was told via text after emailing to inquire about a 2010 VW Tiguan to come down and meet with Fawaz. Avoid this place. Caused damage to my interior of my car during warranty work. Never repaired. Managers will just lie to you. The service department could not even put a tire on right. The tire read this side inwards on the sidewall. They had to bring it in again and do it all over.
Audio system in service for 23 days now Don’t buy any brand new platinum murano from this dealer! The audio system and the gps conflict and they stop working all of the sudden when they are both used at the same time! You take the car to this dealer where you originally bought it on Jan 2nd, they keep it up to now Jan 25th, only to figure out how to fix a simple audio system! Not responsive! Too irresponsible! Worst after sales support ever!!! I purchased a used 2016 300s with 18430 kms on it listed as immaculate, paid 1500 extra for paint protection which really got me burnt clear coat streaking on the drivers side from improper application. Purchase new Murano Fantastic dealership. Met Bill Kueneman as we came into dealership. We indicated we may be interested in trading in Rogue for a Murano. Bill took his time explaining the features of a Murano. He took the time to take us for a test drive, listening to our concerns and answering our questions. Most importantly he did not pressure us into. buying and took the time with us until we agreed on a price. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER Just to share my today's experience at the Vickar Nissan at Regent Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. Salesperson fantastic, general manager not so much I had done my research on a 2016 Murano so I went to Vickar Nissan ready to deal. I dealt with Fawaz Azhar. He is by far the best and funniest salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He makes you want to buy a car from him! Bad Service Took a Sentra there for a diagnostic procedure($112) to find out why it wasn't starting. We had already paid $300.00 to a local mechanic to change a sensor which did not fix the problem. They said it was a fuel pump and regulator , so for another $600.00 we changed it. Still the same problem. We even had it towed when we couldn't start it for the umpteenth time.
