Good All Around Sales Team I searched all the local Nissan dealerships, and was treated rudely at one of them. Another one wouldn't drop their price one cent, or negotiate at all. The third one was like out a clip from the movie "Used Cars"...then I called Bill at Vickar. Super happy with purchase! I am super happy with my purchase. I had a pleasant experience with Nick while he was training Lee. Was impressed to see someone who was learning display a positive and natural ability to making the car buying experience great. Liked how that was being displayed to a new employee who was equally eager to learn. Helped to make me feel like I was important while there. Everyone was more than willing to work around my schedule rather than trying to make me fit theirs which was very impressive!
Good overall Good, honest. No pressure. Nice dealership good staff, caring, friendly. Lots of stock on lot. Very good tire warranty, full coverage for 3 years as long as work is done there. All fees covered for repair or new tire.
Great experience Everyone that we dealt with while buying our new car was awesome! Ariel was new but any questions we had he found out the answers for us right away and was always so positive and fun! Nick worked to negotiate options and prices and Egilio helped us through all the paperwork!
