Excellent service! We had intentions of buying used through a private sale, but after a bad experience, converted to New through a dealer. Nissan made sure I found a vehicle that suits me and didnt try to convince me to go bigger. The salesman, Tom, was AMAZING and made the experience positive!
Settling an autopac write off After writing off our vehicle, we found the process very long and frustrating. We visited the showroom one afternoon to try and determine how this process would pan out. We came home more confused than when we went in. After speaking with Kelly, she cleared everything up for us. I would deal with her again. The other finance person gave us examples of other cases using their names, I would hope our information is confidential.Kelly was a pleasure to work with.
Exceeds expectations The car I leased is gorgous, I test drove several car brands (including Merc, BMW, Honda) and found Nissan to be best for interior build quality and also in braking. The service was so good, I'm unfamiliar with Canadian ways but they were so helpful with dealing with Autopac etc. they were so patient explaining all the tech on the car, and really went the extra mile transferring items so carefully from my old car into the new. New car I had an awesome experience everyone treated me so good. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. All the staff were frirndly and treated me at home. I love my new car and will go back the next time I buy a vehicle. I was shown all the functions that I needed to know on my vehicle which helped a lot.

Amazing Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't push too hard for the sale. Finance and business got me a fair price and affordable payments. The dealership was welcoming and clean. They went over every detail right until I drove away.
