Working with Darren Lusty was awesome. Working with Darren was awesome. The rest of the crew not so much. Lori in Finance, was a forgettable experience. The fact that a scratch in the middle of the drivers door, was not picked up and the vehicle was still dirty, even though it sat for approx 2 weeks, did not please me at all. The vehicle is amazing, but customer Happiness, should have had a higher priority.

False promises I came to buy a car and after I bought the promises were gone. They made me wait for 1:30 just to tell me their promises were complete fabricated and fraudulent. I would not recommend even for my worst enemies, I would rather recommend death.

Hosed by the dealership I have purchased 3 vehicles with them and since they changed to Vicker, everything has gone down hill. 3 vehicles all with extended warranty. Most recently we were on a road trip with our Rogue and the AC started just to spill water all over the floors and just shoot vapour. We got back into the city and took it to the dealership. We were just over our REGULAR KM warranty and well within the extended warranty they wouldn't do it. They charged us $700 to replace the climate controls. Problem still pers... read more

Shady dealer My daughter was buying a used SUV from this dealer. We went on a Saturday and because we didn't have time to finish the deal we made an offer and left a deposit. My daughter left on a trip the following Monday and they said that we could finish the deal 10 days later on a Tuesday. We returned with offer sheet in hand, to be told that they had sold the car to another person, due to a clerical error???? Bad service Went to dealership for oil change. I mentioned that the brakes is making awfuk sounds and the technician agreed that it should be checked. I went back after booking an appointment , then I specifically ask to have a shuttle service. 2.5 hours later. No service was provided. I ended up taking the half day off work. Then the report came in and everyhting is normal... ffs, I just have to live with it. Squeaking brakes all day. Everyday. Wow

Didn't respect my wife or budget Very unhelpful dealership. We came in with a set budget and although it was on the lower side they said they'd be able to find something. In person they said it wouldn't be as easy to find something because they thought we'd said biweekly when we had clearly said monthly. Sexist and didn't follow instructions #1: My husband and I went in and met with the person we had called to book an appointment with. He was busy with a previous customer, so he set us up with another salesperson. The first one only briefly talked to us, but only introduced himself to my husband and ignored that I was there. Scammers If you’re looking for the scamming lying and willing to help you and just want money type dealership you’ve found the one, went to finance office and the bank was asking for an extra 1k for DP I couldn’t meet those terms so they decided to keep my 2k deposit, my only two options were to buy the car or leave it and they take my 2k I didn’t sign any papers saying it was not refundable, did not sign a bill of sale nothing, so the gm tells me if he can’t get me to be the primary owner he’ll give my money back but if he ... read more

Please Don't Pressure us to Buy a Car. My mother and I planned to look and test out vehicles at Vickar Nissan as her car was no longer functional.
