2016 Rogue purchase The dealership and particularly my salesman Azar was great. When I took the car for a test drive, they let me have it for a couple of hours. I really got a feel for the car. I received a lot of incentives and made my experience enjoyable. I would recommend Vickar nissan to my family and friends.
We purchased a used vehicle at Vickar Nissan that was marketed as a vehicle with no previous accidents. When we came to pick up the vehicle they disclosed it had a significant (over $4K) accident that was not previously reported. I should have walked away, but we asked for a few items as compensation, however, they only granted one minor concession. As I said, I should have walked away, but I felt we were too far down the path. It didn't leave me with a lot of confidence in the trustworthiness of the dealership.
We've been in Nissan for 8 yrs for their sevice. ..their service now is not the same...they failed us many times..it's hard to trust them again...
I don’t think I’ve ever seen such poor customer service at any dealership. There are two employees that are extremely condescending and arrogant with customers and need a refresher course in customer service. I work at a heavy truck dealership with mechanics, truck drivers and company owners every day, and would never treat them the way Vickar Nissan employees do. After 45 years of owning vehicles I had the worst experience of my life with this service department, from the service person, service manager to the general manager. My 2016 Pathfinder was serviced with an 100 point inspection and oil and lube where I emphasized the vehicle will be coming off of the powertrain warranty in a few months, thus go over the powertrain to ensure everything is up to par. Remy was an excellent salesman. But I had a terrible experience with les he was financing manager. He made it terrible. Not just that he gave us a set of keys that were driven over and now have to pay 300 for a new set. I would buy from Remy again. But what really upsets me is that my car was immaculate and we wanted a bigger vehicle. And they only gave us 6200 and then put it up for sale for 11000. I have never been more upset about the way I was treated at Vickar Nissan than any other garage I have ever taken my truck to. Because being charged for problems that were not brought to my attention ,could have saved me a lot of time and time
They deserve zero stars. The slimy salesperson boasted of how well we would be treated if we purchased the extended warranty, producing copies of his own service invoices (no doubt fakes) that showed all the extra work he had performed on his vehicle every time it came in. The real experience is being told that we'll be charged a $150 diagnostic fee every time something goes wrong, and only if the eventual problem is covered under warranty will that be waived. I owned a santra 2014. Just little over 5 years, the transmission blew up on it. I always treated the vehicle with care and caution. All of a sudden the car started making a rattling noise. I took the car to vicker nissan where i had initially purchased it. Technician told me the transmission blew up and would needed to be replaced. It blew me away too.
