Late changing of winter to summer wheels It was so late in the season, I had to do a drop off and pick up. The car was ready midafternoon of the day after dropoff. Toyota Town has a great drop off system, and it was really quick to pick it up and pay!

Love our Toyotas!!! We have now purchased two vehicles through Shawn. We have had a great experience. He responds to questions and concerns in a timely manner and has a positive attitude.

Best pepople to do business with. Very honest and geniuine guy, went in couple of days ago to swap out my tires and to get an allignment done because of its poor handeling , no queations asked, i just assumed it was the allignment, but firis made sure to let me know that the allignment on the car is good and does not need anything, and it is most likely just the tires, i appreciate his honesty and knowledge, the car drives and handles like a new car after Even though i own a honda, i refuse to go anywhere but here.

Awesome experience Just purchased a second RAV4 from Toyota-Town, dealt with the same sales person, Frank Circelli. Highlander Purchase with Gwen Jones I recently purchased a 2019 Highlander XLE, which is the third Highlander that I have purchased from ToyotaTown. The last two purchases I have worked with Gwen Jones. Gwen knew that I wanted a new Highlander and took the time to demonstrate the features of the different trim levels. Rav 4 Purchase I found the process to be professional and painless. I indicated the vehicle and budget that I had in mind and Brian was able to find three choices for me that fell into my parameters. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding the vehicle and offered lots of information on his own that was quite helpful. He continues to make himself available after the purchase which is great.

Battery replacement Car had issues starting. I left my car at Toyota Town as a drop for the day and Peter was my service advisor. I was happy it was only a battery and lucky for me it was covered under warranty. Peter kept me in the loop so I knew what was going on and it was done so quickly! Thanks so much Peter!!!

Excellent service at Toyota Town, sales respresentative was polite, easy to talk to, very informative and well organized. Would recommend heading to Toyota Town if you’re looking for a new set of wheels.
