Service Appointment May 15, 2019 Yesterday I had a service appointment made by Amanda Krug for a heat shield muffler to be replaced. Amanda was quick, efficient and very helpful in explaining to me the problem. She went above and beyond to ensure I understood the issue at hand. I feel more knowledgeable now, and I was also informed that my rear brakes soon would need replacing. I will plan for that to be tended to shortly..

Did us a huge favour! When we looked at our options after bringing back our RAV4 after a 3 year lease Kevin went over everything in detail with us. Not only did he conviently give us a quote over the phone (he knew we had a new baby at home) but he also came in on his day off for over an hour to show us a few different vehicles. Awesome customer experience! This was my first service with Toyotatown. It was a 45 minute drive since my local dealer wasn't able to perform the recall work before my scheduled road trip to western Canada. They were able to perform the service a full 2-3 weeks sooner. Well run service department. Friendly employees. I was made to feel welcome, and that my business was appreciated. Service was performed on time and I was kept informed. It was definitely worth the drive for such a positive customer experience!
