Comfortable experience I was put at ease since I was very nervous going to dealership. I was complaining about the Detailling job done on my new vehicle. I was treated with understanding and made to feel comfortable and that my expectations were not unreasonable. Ken took the time to review with me some of the special features of technology on my new car and has invited me back anytime I have questions on the operation of my vehicle. Happy New Car Owner!! This was my first time buying a Toyota, and Gwen Jones at Toyota-Town made the experience flawless!!
