RAV4 Lease Options I met with Shelia Donovan in April 2019 to review my options regarding the lease of a 2019 RAV4 Limited since I was was several months away from the end of my current lease. Customer care at its best! My friend and I were there to try a hybrid rav4 and we met Mr. OV Khalili. He intrudced himself in a very friendly and professional manner. He also introduced one of his other co-workers there and they both amazed us with their knowledge and experience about the cars they are selling. airbag recall very pleasant service consultant Helena Vrabec, outlined the work to be done, arranged for a shuttle ride home . called me when the work was completed on time so I could pick up my wife from work.

Oveis very personable and very informative When my wife and I attended the dealership this morning, no one approached us other than Oveis to assist us in our questions that we had about the Toyota vehicles that we were looking at. He answered our questions quickly, brought out a battery pack so we could test the headroom in a vehicle in the showroom. He then brought another vehicle up to allow the headroom to be checked so all our questions were answered. He is hard working and compassionate about his job.
