Great customer service , went with my wife looking at new vehicles and David one of their sales reps took us out and was extremely knowledgable about the car and its features and explained everything I asked. Might just be switching brands!

Best sales folks ever We recently bought a van from ToyotaTown, our second purchase from there. I think this be our one stop shop from now on whenever we want a new vehicle. The salespeople are fabulous - any that we have ever dealt with. This time we had the pleasure of working with Geordie (or he with us!). He was great - we did not feel pressured by Geordie in any way to make a purchase and he always wanted to make sure that we knew about the features of the vehicles that we looked at. Recent experience at Toyota with Pedram. My husband and I recently visited Toyota to look at possibly buying a new car. Despite not ending up purchasing a car, our experience was delightful. Great service by Chad I popped in the dealership just to check out Rav4 and get some idea how much does it cost. Chad was the one that helped me. I would highly recommend him, he was very knowledgeable about Toyota and cars in general. He was not pushy , I felt comfortable and I left with a good knowledge about Toyota and Rav4. If I decide to go with Toyota Chad would be the one I would turn to.
