Easy and flawless Came from Kitchener to close the deal. Provided great value for trade in vehicle as well as deal on the new one. Everything was negotiated over email and phone. Vehicle pickup was flawless.

Customer service above and beyond expectations We needed to replace a vehicle that was written off after an accident. This was not a normal situation for us as we needed to make a purchase while my spouse was recovering from injuries suffered in the accident. Purchased used Sienna Georgie was very friendly and approachable with questions. We didn't feel rushed or belittled and he acknowledged questions or concerns that we had. He made the experience personal and not only remembered our names (the adults) but also of our 11-yr old son who was with us, and he also spoke directly to him. He kept his word. When he promised to have them look at scratches, etc... it was all done.

Informative and excellent service experience I have an eight year old Venza with 200,000 km. I was told I needed new bearings for both front wheels from different dealer. I called ToyotaTown and spoke with Robert Dako my service adviser. He took the time to explain the issues I would be having if I needed new bearings.
