Todd & Joe are AMAZING I came in today Nov 12 2019 - I could not see out the driver side windshield due to the fact that my windshield nozzle was not letting anything out - Todd and Joe got to work on it right away! Informed me of the problem - covered under warranty and on my way in and out in 20 minutes! I was beyond impressed with how fast and tentative they were to me! snow tires being installed Everyone was very pleasant . I do understand some of the busiest days of the year. Helena was great to explain the delays ect. I did have a 11 drop off appt. but came back 430ish and car hadn't been started yet. .I found that a wee strange. I trust my summer tires are secure in storagae and will be installed in April..
Routine service made exceptional I brought my RAV4 in for routine servicing and was luckily pointed to Helena for assistance. She went out of her way to work with the shop manager to work out the best required services for my car and didn’t just follow the automated recommendations from the system. Thanks for a great experience again!
My experience at Toyota Town was amazing. My experience was an amazing right from walking in and there was a very friendly receptionist. She excused herself to find a salesperson and she introduced me to Suzanne. I told Suzanne I was just looking at this time and shared with her a horrible experience I had the night before from another dealership. That is the most excellent showroom I have never come in my life. They have the best service that you should consider. Ms. Gwen Jones works with all her enthusiasm and she takes care of me greatly. I appreciate that and wan to introduce my friends to come there-Toyota Town.
