Took my car in recently for service 2 and a tire change over. My car was taken in promptly and returned in a timely fashion. The service advisor was very friendly.
The service department is excellent and son worth the wait. Thank all of you, Great team. Always ready to answer any questions and give excellent tips.
5th Leased Toyota from ToyotaTown (Sylvia Donovan once again leased me a great vehicle. She is very knowledgeable and has great listening skills. This is the 5th vehicle I have leased from Sylvia. Shawn was personable and enthusiastic! Shawn was welcoming and knowledgeable . He had all the answers before I even asked the questions. He was diligent and patient showing me everything there was to know about the car. And there is a lot! He also asked questions and found me the car that I was looking for. It was a pleasure to do business with him and presumably this car will last a long time and is under warranty for 3 years...but I will be back to him for my next car.
Great service experience I dropped off my Toyota Venza for a safety certificate check. Rob provided updates as the check was performed and assisted in directing me on what corrections were required. He was aware of the car service history and was able to provide discounts for parts previously purchased with life time warranties and he applied customer loyalty discounts as well.
I'm always happy with the service at this dealership. They have always been polite and friendly and knowledgeble on the type of service needed.
Recently purchased a new Tundra from Shawn. This is the 3rd vehicle in 3 years my family has purchased with Shawn and ToyotaTown. Shawn was a pleasure to deal with, as always and would recommend him to anyone looking for a Toyota. I know we’ll be going back to Shawn for any future purchases.
