Friendly and knowledgeable no-pressure sales We were in the market for a new or recently used cross-over SUV and were considering a Toyota Rav4. Great Service! This dealership/service centre is always friendly, consistent and professional. The Service Advisors (this visit it was Amanda Krug) are always attentive and knowledgeable. I find having my car serviced here is a relaxing and positive experience.
A total positive experience The sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable and fair. The buying process is tedious but a protocol involving both parties. The pre delivery process was left to the last minute, that could be done better.
Outstanding experience Shawn Longworth is an outstanding salesman with a winning smile ,who gave me detailed explanations and an excellent deal! I highly recommend him and would call him again when I need another car.
Superb Service The service at Toyota was outstanding. I ordered 4 new snow tires upon the recommendation of Scott, arrived for my appointment to have them put on and was looked after extremely well by Peter. The new tires were on in less than half an hour, I paid the bill and left. I appreciated the excellent help of both Scott and Peter and couldn't be happier with Toyota. Thank you.
