Winters coming....so winter tires are needed I came in today to get the seasonal tires changed over to winter tires. Helena was great and everything went smoothly. I would recommend this place to others.
Shawn made it extremely easily 4 us to get into our first new dream car. He met all our expectations. Would definitely recommend Shawn in future to anyone who wants to get into a Toyota.

A pleasant SUV purchasing experience I met with Shawn first in April of 2019 when the new 2019 RAV4 hybrid model was available to test drive. Shawn was knowledgable about the new model year and he presented what I thought was a fair deal for the purchase. Shawn had cautioned me that it may take 2 to 3 months before my order is ready due to back log at factory. In fact it took just over 7 months before my order was ready! Great Service I took my Rav 4 to Toyota Town today to have my winter tires installed & the vehicle washed & cleaned inside. It turned out I also needed my alignment adjusted. Helana Vrabec was my service consultant & she was very professional & courteous, as she was the previous time I dealt with her. I highly recommend this dealership for sales & service.
scheduled maintenance Greeting upon arrival was prompt. Service advisor explained all required work and revised later to delete some work that had already been done by previous owner. He approached me in the waiting area to physically show me the cabin filter that needed replacing before going ahead. Overall experience pleasant but I was surprised car wasn't washed after servicing. I thought that was standard practice. I will be in today Nov 13 for snow tire swap, but don't expect wash for this appointment.
Great people! I had a great experience at ToyotaTown when purchasing my used Toyota, and that was directly due to the great customer service I received from Rita and Gwen! Rita answered all my questions with the car buying process and was able to help me figure out the best payment and warranty options. Gwen was also a wonderful help with explain to me in depth about the car and make me feel confident in my purchase with them. I am very happy with my car and the quality of service!
