Great Service Rep My 2015 Highlander was booked for a full day off servicing, breaks, alignment and snow tire rotation. Todd provided excellent service knowledge and arranged for courtesy transport in minimal time.
Customer experience orented I took my vehicle in to change parts and brake service. Rob was very helpful and courteous. I was ket informed especially when much of the day had passed they called with an update. They also took the extra time to give a quick inspection while the vehicle was up on the lift and informed me of a potential repair which I appreciated due to coming winter.
Buying our new RAV4 was made so easy! We did not have an appointment but the very cheerful receptionist paged for a Product Advisor right away and we met Suzanne Bourdeau. She made us feel at ease immediately. We were interested in the RAV4 as my husband follows all the car shows and said this was the best car in it's class! My visit at Toyota town yesterday went very well. The service was excellent as usual. Helena Vrabec fixed a small weather strip on my front windshield that had come lose, just as we were talking. She was so efficient and nice, told me everything I needed to know about my service, for today and in April. What a lovely personality she has. She made my day and I hope to be served again by her when I come back in April.

Helena and Todd are very conscientious and courteous. Whenever I have to have service, I know that I’ll be taken care of by Todd and Helena and that they’ll do their best to make sure everything is perfect.
