I bought my 2012 corolla from this dealership and have had it serviced exclusively there. I have never had a problem with my car. The service is prompt and timely. And I really appreciate the shuttle service. The admin person was also very helpful and friendly.
Excellent customer service I took my Corolla in for a scheduled service appointment and to have my winter tires installed. When I made my appointment I mentioned that my tires were not on rims as I know the installation time requirement is longer. Upon arrival the service order indicated that the tires were on rims. This caused an issue as they would not be able to install the tires and complete the service in the time allotted for my appointment. It would basically double the time. Shawn Is A Pleasure to Work With! Shawn made it easy to get a deal done. He was very knowledgeable explaining all the great features of my new RAV4...and there were a lot of them! Shawn has a great personality and I felt comfortable working with him. This is my third purchase with Shawn and I would highly recommend him.

Excellent customer service We have purchased 2019 Toyota Highlander from Toyota Town Dealership and to our surprise it was actually a pleasant experience. Unexpectedly Good Service I was shopping for a new car lately, and got my mind set on Prius and RAV4. My current car has broken down and I have been researching online mostly. When I sent a price quote request to Toyota dealers around Southern Ontario, Toyota Town was among the first to reply but it was the only dealership that called out to me to chat about my needs.
