Great service from Rob! Rob once again provided excellent, friendly service for my 2011 Matrix. Along with a routine oil/filter job and winter tires being installed, Rob assisted with a broken hood latch cable. He had it temporarily fixed until the part came in, giving me peace of mind. I am so grateful the he is my service representative. BL
I came in unannounced to have my winter tires re-torqued after having them installed a couple of weeks ago. As usual I sought Rob out. He had the work done immediately and got me out without missing any work time. Great service.

Yearly Service My appointment was scheduled to have the Service 2 done. At the time of booking they could not install my winter tires but were able to get them out of storage per my appointment. When Rob noticed that I wasn't scheduled he assured me that he would make sure that it was done. I was very impressed that he noticed the install wasn't scheduled and remarked on it and then made it happen. Thank you Rob, we are now driving with our snow tires that were originally not going to be on.
Toyotatown provides great service I'm continually impressed by how well this dealership meets my needs. I was a Toyota owner for many years, switched to Subaru, and am glad to be back.
