I am very pleased with my car buying experience. As a female , car purchases are not a fun task. Geordie provided me with all the information I was looking for, had a vehicle ready for me to view, and followed up to see if I had any further questions. All the paperwork and trade in was made easy and painless.
Great service Service Advisor Amanda Krug suggested I pop my car into the dealership following a road side issue. Even without an appt she made sure my car was serviced while I waited. Amanda does everything to get you in and out as quickly as possible. We really appreciate having Amanda as someone we can call and someone we can rely on to help us out with our vehicles.
Great service I arrived early for my appointment. Nevertheless, I was seen to immediately by the “greeter” and within a few minutes Amanda arrived to go over my car. Paperwork was dealt with promptly. Amanda went over exactly what would be done. I was asked if I wanted a refreshment while I was waiting. My snow tire install took just over an hour. The service agent (?Kelly) was efficient and friendly and she went over all charges with me. I am always happy with the service at this dealership. Top rate.
