Great place to buy a car. We decided to trade in our Highlander at the end of it's lease and are very happy we chose Toyotatown. We have had poor experiences in the past with other London car dealers (Not Toyota) and were pleasantly surprised with the way we were treated at Toyotatown.
Trade in for 2017 RAV4 AWD Brian was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and wasn't your're typical "pushy" salesman. Very much enjoyed the overall experience and would highly recommend going to Brian for your next vehicle purchase.
I had another fabulous appointment with Toyotatown in London today! What started as just a regular oil change became an oil change, an air filter change and noticing that my driver’s side window was not acting right and fixing that too! The Service Advisor, Todd Servant, was awesome! As usual!
Quick turnaround on a flat tire We had a flat tire which we needed fixed ASAP. My son was at work when it occurred so we switched to the thin spare but we needed the regular tire repaired as my son would be driving the vehicle on the highway later in that day. I brought it to Toyotatown and Rob looked after the fix so that it go done within an hour. Appreciated the effort. Thanks
