Love My Toyota Rav 4! Amazing service from Todd Servant today at ToyotaTown London! I pulled up into the service bay without an appointment and explained that my 2014 Rav 4 was barely turning over to start. Todd said give me your keys and I can see what it is doing. Well, with three tries it finally started and then he turned off the car and said I think it is the discharge battery. Tried to start the car again and it wouldn't start at all. Service I Have a 2007 Camry and a 2012 Matrix both purchased new at this dealership. Service has always been dependable, honest and timely. There have been no attempts to sell unneeded parts or service. The service advisers have always been pleasant to deal with and able to answer my questions. I will continue to have my two cars serviced at Toyotatown as long as I own them.
Great guy to deal with. He was able to answer all my questions and his humour gives you a good laugh while making a big decision!

Great job detailing and customer service Brought my vehicle in last minute to get a quick detail. Amanda was so polite, she checked with the detailers to see if they could fit me in and they could. Requested a bronze package and was not disappointed with the result. From start to finish she kept me updated and it was done ahead of time. Very happy! Will return and recommend the detail department for any future detailing.

Purchased 4Runner a Great Experience I had the pleasure of working with Product Advisor Thomas Robertson at ToyotaTown in London over the holidays.
