Firis is exceptional! I wouldn’t get my car serviced anywhere but Toyota Town, regular maintenance or in need of urgent repairs he gets you in when it works for you, makes sure you are taken care of when you are there and is completely transparent about pricing and making sure you get the best value for your dollar. Terrific buying / leasing experience. Sylvia Donovan was great to deal with and made leasing a new vehicle (2020 Rav4 Hybrid) a very enjoyable event. Excellent dealership! My family has been coming here for years. They do everything in a timely manner and inform us of issues we may have missed with the car. The service consultants are always kind and friendly. Helena Vrabec was especially nice and made coming enjoyable! She was very informative and made sure I understood everything that was going well with the car and what I would need in the future.

Awesome Very welcoming & friendly ..sales person ( Ken Yates ) made us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable! Presented vehicle very well and explained all features .. accompanied us on test drive in case we had questions during ..kept promises and we were able to pick up vehicle before expected day & time ..nice surprise!
Geordie made buying my new car an easy process. He smiled the whole time regardless of how many test drives I wanted to do....and I challenged that limit!!! Awesome Service I checked my Toyota Sequoia (370,000 KM) in for routine service this past Monday. My appointment went very smoothly. Amanda was there ready for me checked me in and got me on my way with the Shuttle. I was picked up by the shuttle at 4:30pm right on time. When i got back to the dealership all was ready to go all set. My vehicle is running great - the entire service department did a great job - thank you
