Great personality, friendly and knows his product. Friendly atmosphere, made me feel comfortable. Brian was very helpful with everything from demoing a car, to calling back as promised. Finding out answers very quickly as well.
They Were There For Me When I Needed Them I had my car towed to ToyotaTown on a Friday night. Without an appointment, they were able to fit me in on a busy Saturday, diagnose the problem, and replace in the alternator all in one day. I had the car back by 3 pm on that Saturday. As a one car family, it was important to get the car back quickly. Many thanks to Amanda who handled my car problem quickly and professionally.

Prompt and thorough service. I phoned quite late at night with a gas fumes complaint and was directed to an online chat window on the Toyotatown web site. My concern was documented. Toyotatown phoned me back very early the next morning. I was able to speak directly with a technician. He listened to my concern. I was reassured that my car was still useable in the interim. ToyotaTown service department is absolutely excellent. They are always efficient and highly skilled. Amanda is wonderful and outlines everything that is happening during the service appointment.
