Brought my wife’s vehicle in for service. Peter was my advisor. He did a great job in looking after me during my visit and made me aware of an issue with my alignment which was taken care of quickly during my appointment. Overall the service was friendly and efficiently done
I had a great experience and I am very happy to give Todd 5 stars. Not only did he deal with the reason I was there, he went over and above to check out what had been done to my vehicle when "serviced" at another dealership. He pointed out what should be done, the costs involved and we agreed that safety was most important. Helena Vrabec was excellent. I was told my estimate upfront and was made aware of other services that my car needed. After my car went in for service she came out to tell me about what the mechanic had found and after I requested to go see the issue. She never hesitated to say yes. Thank you for everything. I highly recommend going to Toyotatown.
My Prius needed recalibration after a deer hit it. Peter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He kept me updated on the progress and made sure it was done properly and quickly.
