Brian was a fantastic salesman. he is very patient, professional, kind, informative, and funny. I went into toyota wanting to purchase a 2020 rav4 after test driving it I wasn't totally sold on it. On my way out I noticed another rav4 parked beside my car that I really liked. great service Excellent service by Helena. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a service on their car.I have been other places, and they aren't as good.
The customer service is beyond anywhere else I've had service done. Helena was so personable and efficient, and even informed me they could replace the battery in my key fob (which I've not had for years!). Absolutely love that there are flavoured sparkling water available for the complimentary beverage, I'm usually limited to plain water because of avoiding sugar and caffeine. This small thing makes a big impression.

Very helpful staff I was pleased that Amanda discovered a defect in the body. I think someone wrongly estimated the kilometers for the next service. Page 3 has printed "79178." Should not the correct figure be 87,118 km?

Good Place To Go Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Helena was especially good at explaining things to me. She was very patient. It is so helpful to have the shuttle. Driver was pleasant.
Good drop in service on a battery issue Good service on a drop in for a battery issue. Todd Servant was pleasant, arranged for a ride home while the battery was replaced and back within the time promised. Ron, the shuttle driver, did a great job both ways.
