Leased a 2021 Corolla XSE through Sylvia. Love the look of the vehicle. We appreciated the pro-active e-mail sent out to us in December in regards to our current lease nearing the end of it's term. We have been dealing with Sylvia since 2014 and she always makes the process so easy.

We were randomly assigned to Geordie Hock (Product Advisor) based on when we requested an appointment to test drive a Sienna. We were so glad we ended up with Geordie. He was prepared ahead of time for our arrival, concise and tailored our appointment based on what we shared and asked him upon arrival. First time at this dealership. I found that they were very welcoming. I dealt with Shawn and found him to be very professional and took the time to explain alot of the details about the vehicle that I purchased. Shawn was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him and this dealership.
I have always had excellent service at this dealership. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly & always willing to give suggestions to clients in order to make the right decisions. Recently I had a unique problem with my phone & all staff involved took the extra time to resolve my problem. I was very pleased with their help.
I think shawn was very professional. He did everything possible to get me a great deal on my purchase. He also took all necessary covid precautions and at the same time made me feel right at home. Toyota is very lucky to have an employee like shawn..thanks ..
