Firis was helpful in identifying some maintenance that needed to be done to my car regarding the braking system. His proactive attitude and knowledge helped me make an informed decision based on what my long term plans were with the vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone to go and speak with Firis about automotive maintenance because he is honest and conscientious when it comes to the service of your vehicle.

Last week I had an engine issue diagnosed and repaired at ToyotaTown. The arrival coordinator was friendly and efficient. My service advisor was Amanda Krug, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient when I dropped off my Corolla. After diagnosis, Amanda clearly communicated the findings and provided several repair options, as well as informing me of a small risk involved.
