Brian was a no pressure sales person which I so totally appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and assisted me with all of my questions. I had enquired at the dealership previous and felt very pressured by the salesperson who had responded to my questions. Brian was none of this and his customer focus and service is way above and beyond what you normally get in today's society.

Sylvia Donovan at ToyotaTown did an excellent job procuring our new 2021 Rav 4. She went out of her way to arrange for the snow tires taken off our 2018 Rav 4 to be delivered to our house at our convenience.

I initially went to North London Toyota and had an awful, subpar experience with sales when I viewed their RAV 4. Thankfully here at Toyotatown, I was helped by Gwen Jones who was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough when explaining the vehicle features.
