Todd Servant was the Service Advisor who helped me make an appointment for my 4Runner, at exactly the day and time that was good for me, and he monitored all the work that had to be done, including last minute stuff! He was exceptional in how he made sure everything went smoothly! His work and courteous manner were awesome!
As usual, great service (both product and customer). Haven't gone to another dealership in many years, and don't plan to start now! Keep up the great work :)

This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Shawn Longworth. He is very fun yet professional in his interaction which helps to make what could be a stressful purchase quite fun. Shawn was a referral from my friend Scott Armstrong both times. Rob Dako is an exceptional service advisor! He responds to all my questions before, during and after my service. The entire staff is very helpful and I wouldn't take my RAV4 anywhere else! (Note to Rob: Sorry for taking so long but I was confused about which appointment it was and I found it in my 'delete' column.
Had my RAV4 serviced recently. Jason was my service advisor and did an excellent job throughout the service with updates and recommendations. Jason provided fantastic customer service as always!
