Brian was a very polite and patient sales person. When questions came up, he answered right away. Didn’t feel pressure at all. He is very knowledgeable about the RAV4 and answered all my questions. I had a recall for my Corolla and Firis was nothing but kind, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. He helped me through the whole process and reassured me that everything will be good as new.
