Considering the Covid lockdown, and the fact that I came from out of town, Rob and Toyotatown did their best to get me out as quickly as they could and Rob kept me updated on progress. I always take my car there for service. Rob is very friendly and helpful.

I am always pleased when I get Rob Dako as my service advisor. This visit was for the changing of tires, oil change and brake maintenance. I also had the Gold Detailing package done. When the car was needed for a bit longer Rob made sure I wasn’t stranded and got me a loaner.

Todd was professional and helpful as has normally been my experience with ToyotaTown. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding as to what services were being completed on the car this day, which exacerbated my medical symptoms and made the visit extremely stressful. The service manager and the service clerk were very kind and between Todd and the staff, they were able to facilitate getting my vehicle back and me on the road as soon as possible.
Great guy to buy a car from!! Never leaves any details out and knows his stuff! I'd give him 6 stars if I was allowed
Recently had car in for service back in April - they went above and beyond with replacing the rubber on my wiper blades as well as repairing a hole they found in my summer tires at no charge! Always get great service from Amanda, she really seems to care about the person as well as the car!
