Hard to believe 4 years passed so quick! Time for a new RAV4, time to meet our favourite Salesperson at ToyotaTown again! Sylvia is a true professional when it comes to explaining our renewal options, along with the pros and cons of each vehicle. Sylvia has been leasing me cars for 10-15 years. She is on top of lease end dates and starts discussions early. She has always listened to my likes and dislikes, and almost always been generous about letting me test drive the models I was interested in - the only exceptions were models that were in short supply. She follows up after sale to check in regarding my satisfaction.
