Brian had sold my brother his Tacoma and said he was the guy to see. My wife and I had a great experience with Brian, choosing the truck, trim, packages, all in a no pressure environment. I love the truck and would gladly go back to Brian and Toyota town for another vehicle.
I purchased a 2021 Tacoma, and Brian was super honest and knew his stuff. He was straight up with me on the delay of the truck (chip shortage) and was always calling to give me updates (which was super nice) I would recommend him for your next vehicle purchase!

We were going in looking to possibly purchase a new rav 4 . I called before my actual appointment because we had driven a few other vehicles and were wanting to make a decision on that day. They were great getting us set up for an earlier time with a young associate, but when I had called they forgot to put me on hold and it was obvious that they were super annoyed at us for wanting to come in earlier. Answered all our questions and concerns. Made buying a new car a stress-free process. We were happy with our experience. Very east to deal with.
Great service, informed me of my car's service history, let me know what was recommended and services it needed. And they won't force you to do anything to your car that you don't want to.
We have dealt with Brian for both our vehicles. He is very personable and knowledgeable about all your leasing or financing needs. We will continue to work with him in the future as well. It is a very pleasurable experience when you are working with Brian.
