I brought my 2017 into Toyotatown for a safety inspection today. Everything went very smoothly. The inspection was completed promptly in the time frame originally specified. Dennis Dabous, my Service Advisor, was supportive and helpful, and very clear in terms of what to expect regarding the overall process.
Top Notch service in every respect. Purchased a new 2021 Corolla Hatchback yesterday and could not be more pleased with the new vehicle as well as the staff the made it all happen. I first met Gwen Jones about a year ago when I took my 2013 Camry in for servicing.
