It was a pleasure dealing with Suzanne. She listened and responded with helpful choices. The entire process of trading in my vehicle and purchasing my new car was made seamless . Suzanne answered my questions clearly and followed through with more information I requested later. As always, dealing with Toyota Town was the right decision.

Todd has been the service advisor for my Venza for years. He is very courteous, and has provided excellent advice and service coordination. When the vehicle is in for service, he will always call if there are any issues. He will outline and explain the reasons for any recommended actions. From sales to service ToyotaTown is the best dealership that I have ever dealt with and have recommended ToyotaTown to many friends.

First new vehicle purchase, and couldn't have been easier! Gwen was very informative, and handled all of my questions and purchase details through email ahead of time which really sped things up once I entered the dealership. There was no pressure for any add on accessories, or services which was much appreciated. I had reached out to multiple dealerships, and the honest answers and information given by Gwen made our decision on who to deal with that much easier. Would deal with ToyotaTown again!

Very clean and tidy dealership, extremely polite and helpful employees. I have been a client since 1989 and it is the only place I shop for a vehicle. I only deal with Sylvia Donovan at Toyota Town in London On.
It was an emergency service for my New Rav 4 . Everyone was so helpful . Communication was great about what happened (rad puncture)and the work was done in a timely manner . Appreciated Kevin in service and Amanda walking me through to a positive conclusion .
Just a tire swap, but fantastic service as always! Always friendly and efficient. The whole dealership was locked down because of COVID, but I always felt like they had my safety at the forefront.
