Thorough, friendly and helpful! Daniel and the ToyotaTown team helped me with my first car purchase. Daniel speaks fast, but will slow down if you ask, and took the time I needed to make sure I understood the finances of my purchase. I have been dealing with Toyota Town London since the fall of 2001 with leasing only and have had good experiences with all of the staff that handled my getting a new car. Shawn Longworth has been my saleman for my past 4 cars and has been wonderful to deal with. Shawn is a great guy, always very helpful. Always watching out for me in making sure that I am happy with my choice. I'm looking forward to enjoying the ride in my new 2025 Rav4 XLE.
I was there for a recall visit and everything was done as was expected. Got in a bit later than my appointment time but no a great deal.

Valentine was a pleasure to work with. He kept us informed as best he could during the lengthy process and once the vehicle arrived was right on top of things.
