Trying to figure out what car to buy is not easy. I went to Toyotatown to look at Rav4's. Shawn L helped me. I test drove one on the first visit. This one was not for me. He followed up with me after the sale and made it known to me that he was always available in the future if I needed or had any questions. He made me feel like a valued client. Just picked up our new 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross LE. Traded in a vehicle from another manufacturer. Shawn and his team were very efficient in handling the whole process.
