Friendly knowledgeable staff in all departments, esp GM Chris Pinelli who made sure the timing & final vehicle delivery went smoothly. Sylvia Donovan, our sales person was very helpful & answered all my questions as I decided which vehicle to lease. A pleasure to deal with. I ended up leasing a Lexus from the same dealership.
Our salesperson was Gwen Jones. It was such a pleasure to deal with her from the very first interaction. When we picked up the car on a cold windy day, she took her time going through all the basics and getting the app set up.
Recently purchased a new 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross LE AWD Premium. The dealership and the salesperson, Ken Yates, was very helpful and went over all the details with me and arranged for a quick pick-up. He made sure that the vehicle and documents are all ready when I came in and the whole process was over before I finished my cup of coffee.
