I had an accident with my previous Rav4 and it was a write off so I visited ToyotaTown looking for another Rav4 to replace it. I was expertly helped by Sylvia Donovan with the help of Michael Donovan. They found a nice 2022 Rav4 Trail that suited my needs. I am very happy with Sylvia and Michael's help in finding this car.
Purchasing a car was easy, very pleasant experience, except for the financing department. Tom was so not helpful. unknowledgable and doesn't tell the truth. He messed things up so bad, we almost had to reschedule the delivery. If it weren't for the salesman working on his day off, and coming in early, (because he cares about his customers), I wouldn't have gotten my vehicle on time. Thanks Nezir
