Shawn was excellent, he was very professional from the start of the sale to the very end pick up day, He was clear in terms of what he offered and helped to ensure I was extremely happy with both the purchase of the crown and also with the trade of my own vehicle, he walked me through every detail. To sum up the experience, I never once through I was being ripped off, it was as we Brits say, a bloody brilliant experience, I will recommend ToyotaTown and Shawn to people

Gwen Jones was our sales person. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the Toyota products and we could see that she truly believed in her product. She was very patient with us, explaining all the features and the technology. Her experience definately showed!

If not for Geordie I am not sure I would recommend, he made the experience. I don’t think there was anything that was notable otherwise. I was kinda disappointed that no Owner or Manger thanked me for the purchase. I cannot stress enough how great Geordie, I was referred to him after not having what I thought was a great experience by another sales person that didn’t seem overly interested in getting me the information I wanted on a 4Runner last year. Once I met Geordie I felt like I was in great hands.

Wonderful experience! I have not bought a car on my own in two decades and it was a little intimidating. Geordie was great, we thought we wanted a sedan, but after talking to us he and listening to what we wanted in a vehicle he suggested we go in a different direction and am I glad.. thanks Geordie we love our Lexus UX..
