I appreciate all the service you guys have done for me since 2015 you guys are awesome.
The five stars are for the salesperson that assisted us Gwen Jones. We did not end up purchasing what we were looking for because of the shortage of inventory and the long wait for a new car. Had the vehicle been in or if it had a short wait time it would have been very different. This has nothing to do with Gwen's service to us as she was excellent in our opinion.
The service department at Toyotatown is amazing. I have tried another but no comparison. Toyotatown is efficient, friendly, don’t try to have me replace unneeded items and keep my Venza in on top shape. Thank you to everyone of the service staff for outstanding Customer service. I recommend you to everyone. My daughter loves Toyota as much as me and now only has Toyotatown service her Rav 4 as well. Great people work at. Toyotatown.
This was the first time buying a Toyota , am very pleased with it and with the service I got .Geordie and Andre made the experience very enjoyable . Only complaint was the waiting time but it's over now and I'm very pleased with what I got

I had a Michelin tire blow on the highway. It wasn't covered because the car was moving, and Firis told me the tires were discontinued, and I should actually buy 2 so the treads are the same on each axle. I was not pleased. This was going to cost $500. I told Firis that I knew it wasn't Toyotatown's fault, but I didn't think this was right, and I engaged Michelin on their chat line to check for other options.
