I recently brought my 2016 Corolla in for some much needed brake work. These people were great. From the moment I made my appointment to the final completion of the work, they kept me informed through the process. The mechanic sent me a video to show the damaged parts and what needed done immediately and also what could wait. He did a tutorial so I saw and understood everything being done. He explained all aspects of the delivery process and provided excellent customer service. Steering work done n/c but had to get an aliment at a charge. This is a Toyota problem not dealer ship. Also, for some unknown reason they turned off the automatic headlights and never turn them back on and didn't tell me. It meant I was out and about without realizing the auto function was not on.
Great dealing with Sylvia each time I buy i highly recommended her! Very knowledgeable and always pleasant and easy to contact whenever I need to talk with.
